As Women's Month draws to a close, Muzika Wa Afrika concludes its celebration with the Digital Arts and Cultural Exhibition. Among the participants who have made a lasting impression is Nungo Hope Phalanndwa, a dedicated member of the MWA team. As the Projects Officer at Muzika Wa Afrika, Nungo was chosen to represent the organisation in this exhibition, showcasing her artistic talents and inspiring her fellow colleagues.

Born in 1995 in Thohoyandou, Block G, Nungo's path to success has been one of determination and perseverance. After excelling in her studies and earning a trade qualification in carpentry, she discovered an unexpected passion for sewing. This newfound love led her to establish a thriving sewing business, where she has not only found financial stability but also immense personal fulfillment.

The exhibition, which ends tomorrow, August 30th, has been a vibrant celebration of women's achievements and creativity. Nungo's contribution, through her traditional wear display, has been a highlight of the event, symbolizing the rich cultural heritage and artistic spirit that she embodies.
